DAY 01: TUE. SYDNEY, HAY (FD)
Our scenic drive takes us through the massive Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area to the country town of Hay.
Stay: Hay, Bishops Lodge Motor Inn.

DAY 02: WED. MURRAY RIVER, BAROSSA VALLEY, JACOB'S CREEK WINE TASTING (B, D)
Journey along the Murray River and travel to the internationally-renowned Barossa Valley. Enjoy a delightful wine tasting opportunity at Jacob's Creek Winery.
Stay: Novotel Barossa Valley, within Australia’s premier wine district.

DAY 03: THUR. SALT LAKES, COOBER PEDY (B, D)
We visit the Wadlata Outback Centre then head to Coober Pedy, Australia’s underground opal capital.
Two Night Stay: Coober Pedy, Desert Cave Hotel, with some underground rooms carved out of opal-bearing sandstone.

DAY 04: FRI. FOSSICK FOR OPALS, ‘THE BREAKAWAYS’ (B, D)
Enjoy a full day in Coober Pedy. Take a tour of an underground church and fossick for opals. Journey to ‘The Breakaways’ and return to the hotel for a barbecue dinner.

DAY 05: SAT. ULURU (AYERS ROCK), SUNSET DRINKS (B)
Cross from South Australia into the Northern Territory, arriving at Ayers Rock Resort. Tonight enjoy pre-dinner drinks and watch the fiery colours upon Uluru at sunset.
Two Night Stay: Ayers Rock Resort, Sails in the Desert. Your luxurious Outback home as you explore Uluru.

DAY 06: SUN. ULURU, FREEDOM OF CHOICE TOURING (B, FD)
Climb ‘The Rock’, or choose from our Freedom of Choice options. Later, travel to Kata Tjuta (Olgas), and then dine under the stars at the ‘Sounds of Silence’. Adventure Options available.

DAY 07: MON. KINGS CANYON, FREEDOM OF CHOICE TOURING, DINE AROUND DINNER (B, D)
Today, discover Kings Canyon. We offer two Freedom of Choice walking options to see different aspects of Kings Canyon. Tonight choose from an ‘Aussie-style’ barbecue or buffet meal.
Stay: Kings Canyon Resort, located in Watarrka National Park.

DAY 08: TUE. ALICE SPRINGS, DINE AROUND DINNER (B, D)
Explore Angkerle (Standley Chasm) and Simpsons Gap. Tonight enjoy our Dine Around Dinner.

DAY 09: WED. ALICE SPRINGS, FREEDOM OF CHOICE TOURING (B)
Enjoy our extensive Freedom of Choice options today. Or enjoy Adventure Options.

DAY 10: THUR. BOND SPRINGS STATION (B, D)
Visit the huge Outback cattle station of Bond Springs. Explore the mysterious Karlwekarlwe (Devils Marbles), enjoy sunset drinks at Tennant Creek and learn of the region’s goldmining history.

DAY 11: FRI. MATARANKA THERMAL POOL (B, D)
Enjoy a drink at Daly Waters Pub. Travel to Mataranka Thermal Pool for a relaxing swim in this desert oasis.

DAY 12: SAT. NITMILUK NATIONAL PARK, KAKADU (B, D)
Join a guided cruise of Katherine Gorge with its dramatic cliff walls. This afternoon, journey into Kakadu.

DAY 13: SUN. YELLOW WATER SUNSET CRUISE (B, FD)
Visit Ubirr to see ancient Aboriginal art. Then join a cruise along the Yellow Water billabong at sunset.

DAY 14: MON. JUMPING CROCODILE CRUISE, DARWIN TOWN TOUR (B, FD)
See crocodiles on an Adelaide River guided cruise. Tour the tropical capital of Darwin.
